| Returned by: While I appreciate you overnighting the other unit. I ordered and picked up a new unit from Haas since they have a location 40 minutes from us. The new drive from Haas was installed yesterday morning and is working with no issues. I would like to return both drives that you sent. The replacement unit you sent was never removed from the packaging. The first unit you sent I will repackage and send back. I would like a full refund for the unit I purchased since it was definitely defective.| Charge 10% when return arrives
