| Returned by: Customer sent back as defective but it was damaged by them. We received and evaluated the MDS-A-SPJ-15 and they incorrectly connected the unit and severely burned up the unit. Either they have a bad short or connected incorrectly. A normally failed unit does not damage components this way and short came from outside short. Customer responsible for damage. Charge restock fee + $500.|
