| Returned by: We received the Mitsubishi MDS-DH-V1-80w 400V Friday. We were installing it today and we turned the machine on and we had the same error message, F2-37. We then uninstalled the refurbished drive that we purchased from you. Seems that we diagnosed our machine wrong and would like to return the drive we ordered. We didn’t plug the connectors into it and it is in the same condition it was when we unpackaged it. We only had it out of the box for a few minutes.|
