We installed the drive and have Servo Alarm:PR 012 on power up. We put our old drive back in and do not get this alarm. We contacted Mitsubishi and they believe that the drive we purchased is defective. Do you have any comments?
We have put our old drive back into the machine at the direction of Mitsubishi. Mitsubishi states that the drive we purchased is defective and to send it back. We are still in need of a drive if you have another that you could supply, otherwise I will need a RMA number and shipping label to return the defective drive.
