Returned by: We purchased a refurbished Mitsubishi drive from you guys last week, and once we installed it, we found that the drive is bad. The charge light doesn’t come on and it throws a bad drive error code “b”. Is there a way that we can get a different drive sent out to us, and we can send this one back?
