Returned by: VAC-II D45-A Spindle drive we purchased from you. We had a certified Okuma technician out on 06/01/2023 to install the drive and get the machine back up. We could not get this drive to operate properly. After hours of troubleshooting, the technician came to the conclusion that this drive was faulty. Please send return authorization info so I can get this drive back to you. At this point we would like to just return this drive for a refund. Please let me know if you need anything else. I have the drive prepared to ship now.
