service tech& fanuc diagnosed drive being faulty. We purchased drive a few months ago brand new. was told we needed to send drive back for warranty evaluation. Drive was showing a #19 status alarm.
Warranty repair (1/11/2024) client sent in. We are running into the same issue with this drive that we had to warranty it for last time. We had a service tech come out and diagnosed it to be a bad drive again.
